It’s easy when you’re in the “idea stage” of being an entrepreneur to focus on the part where you become a multimillionaire, and your product is in every household in North America. Of course, ambitions are great, and long term goals are a must. But according to Emilio Bernabei from Canadian tech startup LeanKor, you need to build your business starting with one customer.

The time will come when you can move into “diving into pools of money” territory, but until then, don’t think “what do the masses want for my product”, think “what do I know at least one person will pay for?” and move out from there.
